Marvel Multiverse Table Top Role-Playing Game - Summer 2023

  A new Marvel TTRPG is heading our way for Summer 2023. I have some really fond memories of the Marvel Superheroes Roleplaying game put out by TSR in the 1980's. It was right along side Dungeons & Dragons as one of my introductory games to ttrpgs. This new game looks to be based purely on a six-sided dice system. The playtest rulebook for the game is available now for anyone who wants to run an early version of the game through its paces before the finalized version comes out next year. I'll admit I'm curious enough make that purchase myself. Static Shock, Titans, Legion Titles Announced by DC for Sept '11 Reboot

IO9.com was given an exclusive first look at the titles and info about more comics that will debut in September as part of this Great Reboot by DC Comics. The Neverending Digression is an admittedly smaller operation running on a shoe string budget with barely two writers struggling to get new material up here on a daily basis. SO, IO9's exclusive is my leftovers to share with all of you. Enjoy.

HAWK AND DOVE #1
Written by: Sterling Gates and Art by: Rob Liefeld.
These are characters I've never been able to jive with in any of their incarnations. Having Liefeld on art duties isn't going to get me to part with my money to read it. I don't like the man's artwork. It actually angers me.

I'm often lost when trying to read the Legion of Superheroes books. I just don't know the characters well enough, and there are so many often times I can't remember the names. I'm happy to see them back on the list of books though. The Legion of Superheroes should always be in print.
